They dont let them go out, talk to guys, or sometimes even look at one and they think that u like him.

ahh yes....the big brother syndrome...I wasn't allowed to hang out with them, not allowed to talk to boys, not allowed to be seen with one, not allowed to go out, not allowed to date....it was agony! But then again, I was in high school...several years ago. They did tell me however 'If anyone messes with you...you know who tell" and they held up their bargain! Once I was "allowed and approved to date" heehee I was heartbroken, told my brothers...they went on a rampage looking the the ex and gave him a piece of their minds. I dated one of my brothers best friend and we thought that he would go nuts, but he surprisingly ok'd it....Its hell when youre younger, but now that we're all older. they always call to ask if I'm ok and I really appreciate it for what they did...they didn't want their baby sister to end up like some of their friends' sisters...pregnant at 16. I'm glad I had so many big brothers...even my younger brothers are like that...be appreciative.

Gurl I know how you feel every guy i look at they think i want to hook up with him i dont think so. I cant go by my friend Alesha because she lives next to a really HOT boy but our relation ship cant go any where because hes 23 but is really HOT. I cant go to a dance because my oldest brother says i might get drunk or something I just wish they could trust me more. Im not an idiot!!!

There is no reason, but he loves you. I have one older brother who is very protective of me. I am an older sister to 3 sisters and 3 brothers. I am very protective of all my younger siblings.

Because that is his job, he loves you and he dont want anything to happen to you, he couldnt stand the thought of soemone hurting you' you are blessed and you should thank god everyday that you have someone who loves you so much alot of people dont have that, so be understanding and thankful' god bless you ' and your brother

They do this to make sure that you dont get hurt by any guys(especcially if its one of their friends) its just the way they say that they love you
