i want to keep my nails a reasonable length but when i get them to the length i like they just break off really easily does anyone know a product i could use to help keep them strong whle they are growing?! x

sally hansen nail strengthners are great, they do all different types for different nails, doesnt come up particularly cheap at between £5-£8 for a bottle, but its really good!

Eat jelly cubes, Robinsons is the best, its the one you have to add water to to make proper jelly, dont ask me how but it works, strengthens your nails in apprx 1 week if you eat a couple of cubes a day.

Take a skin hair and nails supplement that includes silica. Available from all good health food shops and pharmacies...

Neutrogena nail enhancer!! It works great and is inexpensive. You can get it by the Neutrogena cosmetics at Wal-Mart.

It's possible that you have a zinc deficiency. This can be purchased from any health store. Similarly there are other vitamins which you might be deficient of.

use clear nail varnish.Daily and drink loads of milk daily .Them just slightly trim them.
