Yes, Umaga speaks English. But since the character he portrays now is from Somalia that is the language that he is supposed to be speaking but I do not believe that people from Somalia talk like that.

as much as i admire Umaga, that would desire to kill his character. Umaga is the SAMOAN bulldozer, not the ENGLISH bulldozer. i think of Umaga might desire to get a international identify reign, I propose if Khali have been given one final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, why won't be in a position to Umaga? even notwithstanding if that's for purely a month.
