It's not wrong as long as you don't get caught. I'm reading some of these answers and for the most part they're acting like they've never got caught up in a moment and had to have it at that instant. It happens to everyone and some of us give in to it and some think about it and don't do it. I've done it and it's been great every single time!!

Only if no one else is watching and its in a private area in public (like dressing rooms or behind a wall or tree) but it is wrong to have sex if theres children around. They don't need to see or hear that yet.
And if your caught having sex in public by the police or someone that reports you to the police you could get fined for exposure.
I have never had public sex (Im a chicken lol) but I have friends that have had public sex.

Yes ,especially in a place where children might be ,but a dressing room is mostly private.

No. It might offend some folks preferences, but you're not affecting anybody's rights. They're free to look the other way, assuming you get caught.
PS. Unfortunately, though not wrong, it is illegal. Like so many other things...

well I suppose public is okay- but to engage other people possibly seeing you is totally wrong. No one wants to be apart of that and its not right to force seeing something people dont want to see. What if a kid saw? What if your grandma saw??
