ı just got to know every year that much people dies in USA because of smoking. who is gonna fight with them. the evils earning money by killing people.

Then tell people to stop smoking. The tobacco companies spent billions upon billions that they gave to states for anti-smoking awareness and to offset healthcare costs. But most states took that money and tossed it into the general treasury for a one time windfall.
The states won't totally outlaw smoking because they make millions a year in taxes from smokers and millions more in payroll and income taxes off the people who work in the tobacco industry.

It's their choice to smoke...just like someone who dies as the result of drinking.
Let them enjoy their lives the way they want to. There's lots of "Stop Smoking" programs out there. If they want to quit, they can.

This is a choice, I admit a bad choice that people make to smoke. Your 9/11 comparison fails to point out the victims of that attack didn't choose to be killed. Smokers kill themselves one puff at a time.
