i agree with you i am English and we don't have the death penalty over here so we have no choice but to imprison them. you have the death penalty in the states so why not use it on these islamic murderers

If you are referring to Gitmo, there is no proof that everyone there is a terrorist. I guess they're still collecting evidence? They need to do something about that, there are some innocents in there but I don't know how many. A few years ago they released several dozens of them, only to catch a few later on better evidence they were linked to Al Qaeda. So clearly, they have no idea who's who in Gitmo.

Prison is the best place for them. If we give the death penalty to a bunch of terrorists, we're still just murdering people, like they do. "An eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind"-Gandhi.

Prison seems like a good place for terrorists. I can't think of any other place to put them. I guess you could deport them, though since most civilized nations don't execute prisoners anymore.

Unfortunately, more than a few individuals have been released from GITMO with the US apologizing to their families and countries because of mistaken identies.
Terrorists should of been shot on the battlefield. If you shoot everyone in custody in Guatanomo you are likely to kill a few innocent people. Just keep that in mind.
