He's said before that he'd like to enter as a Yankee, but that's not his choice to make. It's the Hall's board that decides, and my guess is that they'll choose the Red Sox because of Clemens' longevity with that organization. I know he won the Series with the Yankees, but his time in Boston was simply so much longer.
He's threatened to boycott, too, but I hope the Board doesn't back down. If they do, then we'll have more guys trying the trick Boggs did, working into their contract language about possible Hall induction and promising to wear a certain team's garb (Boggs was going to include such language in his contract with Tampa!).

It will be a Red Sox cap.
A few years ago Major League Baseball and the Hall of Fame agreed to take away the option of what cap to use away from the player. This was done when Wade Boggs had taken a post-retirement job with Tampa Bay and expressed his desire to have his Hall of Fame cap be a Tampa Bay one. The rule was changed and Boggs has a Red Sox cap.
Clemens has hinted as wanting a Yankee cap, but since the majority of his carrer was in Boston, the Red Sox cap will be used.

Unfortunately, he will likely be forced to go in wearing a Red Sox cap. If it was up to Clemens, he would go in as a Yankee. I don't understand how these moronic baseball writers think. They let Reggie Jackson go in as a Yankee. If they were going to use the same logic, they would have forced Jackson to go into the hall with an A's cap. Why not let Clemens go in as a Yankee? He pitched his best playoff games as a Yankee. He had his best regular season with Boston. But, pitchers are judged how they play in the postseason. Clemens was more clutch with the Yankees than the Red Sox. Hopefully, Clemens will find a way around this and go into the Hall as a Yankee.

He already said he will go in as a Yankee! But the Hall said he will be put in as a Bo Sox player because that is where he had his best years and was the launching point for his hall of fame career! Who knows though how much pull he really has when it comes to this but it is between those 2!

There are players that had success with multiple clubs that have no team logo on their hats. Jim "Catfish" Hunter of the Kansas City/Oakland A's and the New York Yankees is one example of this.
The player does not get to pick; it is up to the Hall of Fame.

Well, it certianly wont be the Blue Jays. I think thats obvious. Probably the Yankees or Red Sox.
Oh, and he wont be a unanimous choice, no one ever has been and never will be (at least in the near future, as long as the voting is done the way it is now).

Yes, the decision does ride with the HOF but they do take the players request into consideration.
(and Roger usually gets what he wants)
The Rocket has stated that he wants to wear the interlocking NY into the hall. I believe that he will go in as a New York Yankee

His stint with the Red Sox was the longest and overall the most successful of his career. He should go in as a Red Sox.
