I've never changed a service provider because of their foreign call centre.

However, when speaking to Talk Talk Customer Services recently had nothing but problems trying to communicate with their call centre who are "abroad" amongst other problems and ended up cancelling my service with them.

I used to work for a storecard provider who moved their call centre to India and we received a 50% increase in complaints.

I would do if it wasn't so difficult to actually change.
Really anoying when they have no local knowlege.
Lloyds bank are particularly bad, very nice people in Bangalore (I think) but they don't know what they are talking about.
They just say please and thank you a lot.

Yes because I could not understand the people I was speaking to, their accents were impossible for me to decipher, and they did not have the answers to my questions anyway.

poor Sanjay is being paid pennies on the greenback, yet he's satisfied to have artwork. sure, it extremely is problematical to speak to somebody who isn't fluent on your interior sight language, yet each and every of the jobs have been outsourced to India.
