Is there a certain dialing code for calling mobiles?

I'm from the usa and i call the uk alot but is it possible for me to call a mobile phone? and is there a dailing code for calling a mobile? or is there a website to help me out with this problem?

if the number in the uk was 07785123123, you would dial :

447785123123.

Same as landlines, remove the 0 and add 44

no there isnt
just dial it like you would a normal UK number

+0447...

0044 then drop the 0 so its 00447
