Dear Miserable,
I have felt this way now for months, over a special someone, there are many reasons we can feel this way. The most important thing to do is ask yourself what is making you feel this way?
Then try to walk everyday rain or shine a couple miles and think what would change your circumstances? Find out what you are telling yourself. Our thought process really can get us to thinking negative sometimes.
Try to think positive and exercise and drink alot of water a day. Find a good book to read, and most of look around at life, there are alot of people out there that need a helping hand. Help someone and you will begin to see your thought process change! Go for it!!

Stay away from my friends. I am a great believer that if I cant be good company, then stay at home and be miserable alone. I know that it will pass, and when I am feeling better, then I go out and have a lot of fun. We go up and then we go down, it is such a natural thing to happen. When alone, I watch a good movie with a snack that I really enjoy. Like sushi.

First you need to take a good look at yourself and figure out what is making you feel so miserable and change it . You only have one life don't spend it feeling this way

If you can figure out what is wrong see a doctor there could be a chemical in balance going on and there is a lot of good meds that can help you get back on track in just a few weeks.

best if luck

This is a good question because at one time you was in love. Well in a very good book I read we all have a in love stage and that last for different amount of time for each individuals and after we come down from our high we must either one start to deal with it in all reality or let go those are the only two options. The Best Of Luck!!!

Do something nice for someone else who is also miserable.
Worse off than you are.
When you realize they are less fortunate than you are, things look a little brighter.
The worst thing to do is feel sorry for yourself.
Snap out of it and be thankful for the other things you have that you take for granted.

If you can not change it, dismiss it, and move on with the best positive attitude you can conjure up.

Good luck.
You can do this if you just stand tall.

I do any thing that will get my mind of being miserable Because I hate being sad! I play with my puppy, watch a funny movie, talk to my friends (they make me laugh), go for a walk, go hangout with my husband (he always makes me happy), go fishing, or go ride my horses. There is so much to do. Dont be sad go find a hobby or some one that makes you happy! :) Hope that helps!

Sadly, sometimes I make it even worse by wallowing in the misery and considering myself to be a no good failure. Other times, I just pop right back up and get on with my life saying "Oh, well. There's nothing you can do about it. Get over it." That seems to help when I can have a care free attitude and I realize I need to just move on.

I ate an entire carton of Forbidden Chocolate Explosion ice cream. The thing had 2,660 calories in it.

Kudos to masturbation girl.

When you feel that the entire world is on your shoulders then try to talk to someone about your feelings. Make yourself feel better by doing things that are fun.
