Go to the Department Head and let them have a look at your work. Clashes of personalities do occur, but in situations like this your lecturer should overcome it to stop jepordising your career.

If someone could prove God was real (scientifically) it would be on the cover of every Science magazine in the world. Science isn't about protecting personal opinion, it is about truth. That said, not a single piece of scientific evidence has ever been put forth supporting a God theory but you could fill volume after volume with evidence supporting evolution. There is one way and one way only to refute a scientific theory and that is with an alternative scientific theory. Stating that you just don't believe it basically ends the conversation right there because, again, science isn't interested in what you do or do not believe. Creationist: I want proof that evolution is real. Scientist: Ok, read this text. It should give you basic overview and then we can move on to the more complex aspects. Creationist: I want proof that evolution is real. Scientist: ?!? But I just gave you....

Ok keep all the messages that she has sent you....get others to back you up when she slags you off, even go as far as taping her on your mobile if you have a recording system on you cell phone...get all the proof you ca to nail this freak...take this to the head and complain about her, she is disrupting your education...she is singling you out for no reason at all...this could be a good case of you took it further, she's a bully....do something about it....and yes...have her struck off if you can...she's not a teacher she a fckin nasty piece of work, also ask other pupils if she has been like this with them in the past...get as much backup as you can...but for god sake, do not deplete them emails...keep them and show them to the head of the school....you have a case....

perhaps you should consult your personal tutor with all the print outs of the emails etc, and if that doesn't work you should be able to go to your student union for extra help and advice. I know what it feels like to have a lecturer not like you for any particular reason, the best thing i think you can do is just be very civil to this person- if you loose your temper that will give them more ammunition against you. I don't know why they should even hate- its not like we stop them from getting their wages!! she probably hasn't had any action in bed which is why she might be so cranky!!

Retain the emails that you have been sent, and lodge a complaint with the Principle. But bear in mind that you could be accused of slander, too, by calling her a nut.
Best wishes, J

you have a student handbook. There is a policy on cheating and plagiarism. Go to see your head of department or a student counsellor. Talk to the NUS who can give advice on students rights

Go to those in authority who are above her, appeal against her decisions and lodge a serious complaint in person AND in writing. Provide your proof too. Good Luck and hope the ***** gets sacked.
