I think he doesnt spend any more time in front of the mirror as anybody else. If he has to fix himself up when he is not working, he does not have to do anything different than any other Joe.
When he is working , he does not have to put his own make up, fix his hair himself, there is a whole slew of make up crew whose job is to make him look the part he is playing.
Its a business- Its a job- it is not real life.
