Volunteer... at anything.
...Or perhaps to make things (alone, or in groups of people who like to do the same thing) to be given away or sold for charities, for kids in hospitals, etc.
...Or perhaps just volunteer to do something for or with a friend.
Do something else you enjoy... a hobby or craft. Especially something which produces a "useful" result.
Perhaps mentor someone else in doing that hobby or craft.
Walk, hike, play a sport, do yoga, etc.... anything that gets your body moving.
Study something that interests you... if you study cooking or nutrition or something similar, it will be extremely useful!
... You can also take classes in those things, or just take classes in lots of things to find out what you might be interested in.
Those are a few anyway... good luck!

Find a hobby to make items you could use around the house, like crochet, or woodworking.
