The father of my baby who goes to be born in May said that he will enter in justice to have the guard of my son. It is married and already he has two children and I had a case with it and I was pregnant and as I am in difficulties my family guided to look me it and to ask for the pension. It relutou sufficiently, speaking that the son was not of it, etc but he finished agreeing after much time, but now the wife of it suggested it to catch my baby to create. But I do not want to lose my son. What I make? He has possibility of the Judge to give the guard for it?

He cannot take your baby away from you. If he admits to being the father then sue him for maitenance for your child once it is born. Do not let him threaten you. Only once the child is born, and he can prove that you are not a good mother can he do something about it. Tell the wife to get lost, and keep your baby. You will regret it later in life if you dont.
