I'm 35wks and i no at this point i should start feeling uncomfortable because all the extra weight but if i sit the proper way in a chair for over 5minutes my back really starts to hurt but everytime i twist to try n pop it i doesnt work why not????

First off, have you tried pelvic rocking? This may help take some of the pressure off your spine and make you more comfortable.

Second, have you considered seeing a massage therapist or a chiropractor? Both are safe during pregnancy and can help with back pain. They will also help to keep your body in balance so that labor will be easier.

popping your back can not harm the baby, but you really shouldn't be twisting. Twisting will not likely harm the baby but it can. Just walk around if u start to fell uncomfortable.
