in my opinion noone is above law! we all have laws we have to follow. so if you think your above the law, your 110% mistaken. what is your opinion?

The only reason laws are MADE is to be broken! Wise-up kill-a-cop shoot-a-politicians, kidnap a wealthy family member for ransom, rob-a-bank,become a terrorist or just get radical! Are you some kinda boot-licking a$$wipe? Oh yeah there one minor detail there are double standards for justice in America. Law can be bought for a price O.J Simpson! The well connected never get bought up on charges!

During a time of war we all have to make sacrifices and the President is allowed to go outside the law in this type of situation. It's the way he went about it that really got people mad.
If it makes you feel better, he went outside the law to protect us, not to harm us.

Bush has passed some legislation that would ultimitly make him and some of his satff incapable of being tried and convicted of some crimes i agree that no-one is above the law and bush needs to hang for the injustices he has done to this country
