I could not find nothing with a clinical name except toilet phobia.
You are not alone evidently millions are affected by this. It primarily seems to be in the UK

Looophobia? Toilet anxiety disorder? I don't know, but if you find the word toilet in Latin and put '-ophobia' at it's end, you will have found the word.
