I can't say anything definitive without more information. Your GPA won't keep you out of any school -- even the most selective. However, the quality of your degree does have an effect. If you have a 3.69 in Sociology from Slippery Rock, then no one will be that impressed. On the other hand, a 3.69 in electrical engineering from MIT would impress everyone.

Your GMAT is a little low for the very top schools. However, it looks like your quant score is pretty good and your verbal score is horrible. My advice is to take a GMAT prep course and take it again. If you can get it up above 600, you can probably get into some decent schools.

However -- since you only have 1-2 years of work experience -- you are not yet ready. The top schools want 3-5 years of experience. They may let someone in with 1-2 years of experience if everything else is stellar. But that isn't you yet.

My feeling is that it isn't worth getting a full time MBA unless you go to a ranked school. Schools in the top 10-15 will help people change fields and will increase their salaries by 50-100%. Other ranked schools will improve the kind of jobs you can get and improve your salary -- but not by as much. I would only recommend an unranked MBA program for someone who is doing it part time & wants to stay with his current company. It isn't worth the expense to go full time.

With another year or two of work experience and an improvement in your verbal GMAT score -- you should be able to get into most schools ranked between 15 and 30 -- and have a shot at some in the top 10-15. Right now, the top schools wo't accept you.

Top 100.
560 is ok, but not super, since the highest is 800.
3.69 is pretty good, so it shouldn't hinder you.
