you can split apart the exponent to make this a lot easier:
2^64 = 2^(2*32) = (2^2)^32 = 4^32
= (4^2)^16 = 16^16
= (16^2)^8 = 256^8
= (256^2)^4 = 65,536^4
= (65,536^2)^2 = 4,294,967,296^2
= 18,446,744,073,709,551,616

I'm going to take a wild guess here, and assume that you meant:

"2 to the power of what is equal to 64?"

The answer to this question is 6.
