During the tsuanimi disaster two years ago, a gal who displays her wares raised money for relief, and she asked customers to contribute. The particular caberet in our neighborhood is licensed. How would you compare this with the story of Mary Magdalen, for example?

like Mother Terresa said, bad money put to good use is good money. Why do i care if the money is coming from the mob or the government, they are all crocked anyway. If its helping the needy, then God bless

The local strippers raise funds annually for cancer. They got less than a warm welcome from a cancer charity when they first started. Since then they have dumped that one and found one that was very happy, excited and welcoming to work with them. I mean hello? It is money to try save lives!!

I have a different situation. I use to be in a service group. We volunteered with the heavily government regulated bingo industry. Under the regulations charities and service groups oversee the operations and a generous portion of bingo revenues go to the charities. When we donated funds from bingo revenues to the local religious based food bank we got less than a warm welcome. You don't want the best for people down on their luck just because the money was from gambling, even if it is legal? Guess what? It means that given a situation where there is a religious charity and a non religious charity doing the same type of relief work, I donate to the non religious one because they have less hangups.

Why not ,But the guys watching must be evil, but I wont judge them,Not yet Only saints do good things.change the laws or leave them alone,I say Every city and town in the world is corrupt, they all take the evil money,98% of the government would be in jail.I think strippers are a better class of people they at least give you something for your money, they don't hide much..

As long as the money is legal I cant see a problem. Who is a charity to judge how other people earn they money.

I thought the saying was "Beggars cant be choosers."

It would be better to rob a capitalist pig or take one as hostage to raise the money. But using dirty money is sometimes necessary. Allah will instruct your heart. You will know whether or not she has a kind heart, if so, Allah will permit you to spare her life after you take her money.
