That was a very narrow minded question,
I know lots of people from the philippines and i believe they are very intelligent,
Our general knowledge is differant to them because they grow up experiencing differant life situations,
They are living in a 3rd world country and general knowledge is based on surviving and staying alive,
They don't waste time learning about things that do not matter to them,
They do know lots about things that effect them in everyday life,
Before asking a question that puts down a whole nation try doing some research of your own and try to learn something about them,
Try reading about culture and living conditions,
