whenever i use a website, if I click too many links it momentarily freezes and then works, but then I click something else and it quickly freezes then works...it wont be ok until i restart my comp but then a few hours later it will probably do the same thing....i've done everything-spyware, antivirus, defrag, but it all comes out clean so I dont know whats wrong

Try to use regcleaner (download.com) to clean up your browser cache, cookies and other junk that's slowing it down. Defragmenting can also help.

You have a slow computer... I have the same problem almost... But you need to Defragment it often also... And clear out your temporary internet files...
