There are different kinds of friends and friendships. I think friendship begins fairly easily and with little effort...I think only time, companionship and loyalty build a true long lasting friendship.
Those that I call my closest and dearest friends have been my friends for 14 years or longer.

Most of my friendships come very easily. I do spend a lot of time with my friends but its not a hit and miss sort of thing. We either get along or we aren't really friends. I don't understand why a relationship of any sort would need too much work. You either like each other or you don't.

I have friendships that have been built over the years and then I have some friendships that came as easily as breathing. I consider myself blessed for having both types. Everyone doesn't come with the title friend, some friendships have to be earned and friendships shouldn't be poured like water because it is too valuable and everyone isn't your friend.

Well now every friendship is different the same way every person is different. Some friendships happen right away from the minute you met the person and others may take time to build.I hope that helps you.You really have to treat every friendship individually.

Friendships take time some people stay in your life forever and some are just around for a short period of time. It takes time to get to know a person and you have to hang out with them and keep in touch thats how you keep your friends.

to truly get to know someone and his or her personality, it is going to take time, therefore i would say that a friendship needs to be worked on a daily basis
