I honestly feel that KFC has gotten waaay down hill. I personally like Popeyes a lot better, especially for the spicy fried chicken. But if you want extra crispy..KFC has that better..but for regular crispy fried Popeyes is awesome, they're chicken tends to be less dry, and the spices are great. I think the only thing KFC has better is mashed potato..im not abig fan of the cajun gravy. But yeah Popeyes all the way.
original - Popeyes (KFC's original isn't even crispy).
Extra Cripsy - KFC by default (since popeyes only has regular)
Spices - popeyes
Mashed potato w/gravy - KFC
Biscuits - Popeyes

I like KFC and always have them but since now I can find 2 Popeye's in the same town I'm going to try them someday...

Popeyes of course. KFCs chicken is kind of greasy and come on you can not beat Popeye's mashed potatoes and gravey, red beans and rice, biscuts and oh my gosh they have a awesome apple pie. Yum yum yum. Even though kfc is alot cheaper than Popeye's, Popeye's is still my favorite.

Those Red Beans and Rice are killer sides too.
And Popeye's biscuits are far better than KFCs.

Popeyes! Their crust is crispy (and not soggy like KFC's) and you can get it in mild or spicy. Top that off with their DELICIOUS mashed potatoes and thats a meal :)

I haven't had either in such a long time....
eaten in moderation there is nothing wrong with good fried chicken!
I've been eyeing the new KFC/Long John Silvers in our town for quite a while.... Your question my just lead me into temptation!
