they will change the name just like the Winnipeg Jets changed to Phoenix Coyotes, Quebec Nordiques to Colorado Avalanche, Hartford Whalers to Carolina Hurricanes no team that have move from one city to another have kept their same team name except the only one that did was the Atlanta Flames to the Calgary Flames. anyways the name Kansas City Penguins doesn't sound good i would just call them the Kansas City Scouts which does still sound good. anyways no need to worry cause the Pens are staying in Pittspurgh.
