Highly spiced food is the tradition of the entire sub-continent. Contrary to popular belief, curry was not 'invented' by the Brits, only the word was invented to describe the spicy food of the area. You will probably find that there is more of a meat eating tradition in Pakistan, whereas large portions of India eat mainly fish, vegetables and some chicken. Most of the people who cook in Indian restaurants in the UK come from Balgladesh.

have you ever look at a cook book? you do know that you can learn how to make foods of another country dont you?
and you get curries that originate outside of india i.e. Thai green curry and Chicken Tikka Masala (british).
really this is one of those times that you should think about a question and ask someone who is close by it before you ask it!

Age old recipes handed down through generations. At each step the cook added something new and the myriad of flavours just overflow. My mouth waters to just write it down.

Surely your nationality doesn't dictate your culinary expertise. If it did Gordon Ramsey would be harping on about Haggis all the time
