Yes you are old! No really, but it is a good old. You see the older you get the more life's experiences you have to fall back on. Everyone has these thoughts many times through their lives. When you in your teens you had these thoughts and now in your twenties. Soon, but not to soon you will again have these thoughts as you turn 25 and 30, 40, 50, I think after that you are just happy to be remembering at all. HAHAHAA. This is normal. Live life as you wake up each morning to the fullest. Really. You can't get back yesterday but you can be happy today and tomorrow. Today think about how many great things you have ahead of you and go enjoy one of them. Laugh real hard and often

I feel so old and I have been feeling this way for a few years now. I turned 24 in Dec. It maybe because I have a 6 yr old, 2 yr old, have been married for almost 7 years and I have turned into a boring stay at home mom... I act alot older than my friends who are my age. I hope my thrities will be better when my kids are alot older and I get some of me back, ha ha ha.

I felt older when I was 25....I had my kids when I was young and being a Mom was all I knew....I started going out and living when I turned 29...then I felt young again....I stayed feeling this way until 2 years ago when I had my 4th daughter, I still look young and act even younger, but I don't feel 25 any more. I know how you feel....Happy birthday by the way.

not so much in my early 20s.. but now that I'm in my early 30s I'm really starting to feel like my youth is gone! :(
I think the first time I ever felt old was when I hit 25.. then I realized that I was officially out of my early 20s..
one thing I'm starting to realize though is that staying in shape is very important for feeling younger! so just keep exercising! :)

I think it depends on your situation at that age. I have many friends in college who are in their early twenties, but since they're still being supported by their parents they still feel young. I, on the other hand, have not been supported by my parents since I was 18 (I'm now 25), so have had to be responsible for myself for many years now. In the grand scheme of things, I feel young, but when I compare myself to the people around me, I feel much older than them, even though they're only two or three years younger.

My mother died of Cancer when I was 12. So I feel like I pretty much grew up right then. Now, I am about to turn 22 also, on the 23rd, and I feel more like I am 30.

I do sometimes. It just seems like when I was under age, going to bars was so much more fun then it is now. I hardly even go out anymore. My friends and I all work different schedules and it's hard to get every one together. I find myself sitting in the house watching sex and the city reruns on a Saturday night. Sad?

Yeah I feel ya, but I have a 2 yr old daughter. That makes me feel older than I am. All my friends are in college partying away, and I'm a stay at home mom.

strangely enough i felt really old when i turned 22. but i dont now im 24. i think when you first get past 21 you think so much of your life has gone when your looking behind you but when you look at how much of your life is still ahead you dont anymore.

you know what..thats funny you ask. im 23 and have been feeling the same way lately. i have been thinking that i feel old, and that i am slowly watching myself get older and older...and im only 23! it's weird. i guess this means we have to really take these next years for granted, because we will only get older
