It has not! Tuesday - Wednesday of this week it was sub-zero in Rockford, but not really anywhere in the Chicago area.
We also had that cold spell at the beginning of December, but did not officially make it below zero then either.

convinced it would want to get below 0 in Chicago, certainly temperature no longer counting wind relax. it in many cases takes position some cases a three hundred and sixty 5 days and can want to stay for some days although that isn't any longer almost that chilly on time-honored. I stay just about an hour south/west of Chicago.

Maybe once of twice it came close or just went a tad below. But there have been no remarkable cold snaps like they normally get.
