If I were a woman, knowing that I would experience that time of the month for several years to come, I would buy them buy the pallet, place them in every pocket of every garment I owned, the glove box, kitchen cabinet, bed pillow, mail box, purse...etc. I would be set up on a monthly payment/dilivery...have them sent right to the house. Why just buy them "when you start?"

LOL!! Very good question. I think it would freak out the males who visit it I kept them in every place and pocket. Can you imagine going into the fridge and being confronted by a box of tampons!!
It's like everything else though, you have plenty at one time and then all of a sudden they run out at the same time as everything else - toilet roll, tooth paste, etc etc.
I might take up your suggestion and buy a pallet load!

If a woman had a huge stash her friends would never buy their own.
Where would we store a pallet of tampons?
We can always hope that this month we have reached the age we will never need them again. - After you have all the children you want, need or can afford it seems like an unnecessary thing to do.

You don't get it, a period can come anytime it's not accurate and when it comes suddenly you may not have a tampon with you. it can arrive early. Or when the period is so heavy that you need more than 2 tampons for the day and you do not have anymore left on you so you gotta borrow. You're talking about having it on the body, right?
If not, then haven't you ever run out of milk?

I agree with you to an extent. Should always have some on hand and be prepared. Not so sure about the kitchen cabinet or mail box though! LOL : )

B/c its fun to have to send u men out to buy them for us.The sheer embarrassment of u men going up to the counter w/ a box of tampons and Kotex is purly refreshing. W go through it u buy em.

Sometimes we don't realize we are out. And it would be nice to place them everywhere throughout the house. Guess what? MEN would be FREAKING out because they think it is disgusting. You're a man so you wouldn't even begin to understand the little scenerio you put fort, now would you?

first of all, i dont use tampons, i use pads, second i make sure I have some when that time of month comes. . . if there's some for next month then im set, if not, i'll buy some 1 - 2 weeks before it hits!!! we dont stock them (at least I dont) cuz they're too fricken expensive.
