well, like what my doctor told me, if you notice that your baby is not moving like he/she usually is, then eat something sweet, or drink something cold, then go lay down on your bed for an hour, and you should get atleast 5 kicks out of your baby, if not, then call your doctor.
i thought that was great advise from my doctor, and every time i eat something sweet the baby always kicks =]
Good Luck!

Normal. The baby was probably moving a lot to wiggle into position, now that s/he has dropped movement will slow down just because of the position s/he is in. Watch it though, if the baby stops moving completly it could be a sign of fetal distress and you should see your Dr. You should feel some movement at least once or twice an hour.
Muscle spasms are probaly "practice" contractions (called Braxton-Hicks contractions) and are just your body getting ready. Not much longer now, hang in there.

Yes, it's normal bc when I was pregnant Like around this time, my baby wouldn't move a lot so I thought it was something wrong and to the doctor I went, he said everything was fine and the reason he wasn't moving was bc he had gotten to big. But just to be sure go to the doctor!

AAAAAAHHHHHHHH! Time to get excited! When the baby is preparing to be delivered he will settle down and move a lot less. Plus you got to think about the fact that when he dropped his space was cut in half so he may be too cramped to move also. Congrats!

You know if you have any suspicion at all of something normal, you should make a call to your doctor for the protection of your baby. It's not worth the risk. But honestly I can not answer that question.

sweetie, there is a=hardly any room in there. but if you are really concerned, if ther baby wont move in 30 minutes, drink somthing sweet and very cold. wait 5 -10 minutes. if you still dont feel anything then go to the e.r. immediatly! good luck.

What you word on frequent, is what's frequent. celebration: in case you word someone hiccuping that continually frequent yet when its nonstop for days or months, it truly is likely no longer frequent. also if someone became born with some thing like six hands on each and each hand gained't seem frequent to us besides the undeniable fact that it truly is frequent to that man or woman. So each so often it truly is someone ingredient that no man or woman else will understand.

Yes, he has settled himself down into the "birth canal". You can probably expect labor within the next week or two.
