Okay Vegas is well known for Restraunts but there are soo many to choose from. I'm taking my girlfriend for her 21st birthday with some friends and family. We're probably looking to spend in the $50-100 per person range (for all four-five courses and wine). I generally want to shy away from Asian and Euro-Asian cuisine, as i'm asian and refuse to pay $50-100 for something i can make at home for $5. Any good recommendations of restraunts, including location, price range, how early I need to make reservations, and cuisine type. Any place you recommend against? Greatly appreciate it.

Try Opentable.com. They have all the budgets, locations, and cuisine for Vegas. I wish I could make a recommendation, but there are SO MANY great restaurants in Vegas. For $50-100pp, you can go to a lot of the nicer restaurants.
Hey, how about Bouchon at the Venetian. French food but in a bistro setting, decent prices, and a really nice roasted chicken.
Olives at the Bellagio is nice too. GREAT food,a little mix of everything, and you get a view of the fountain show lol.

I live in Las Vegas (Henderson)

Smith & Wollensky
3767 Las Vegas Blvd. South - Tel: 702-862-4100
This new steak and chop house out of New York City offers huge portions and some great appetizers. The Cajun rib-eye is a winner and so is the wine list. $40.00+/person.

I went to Michael Mina over at Bellagio recently with friends who came into Vegas (I live here). Absolutely outstanding. There are several tasting menus. All are good.

I second the recommendation to Bouchon as well. Very fun and I had a poached salmon with leek sauce that was to die for.

Bouchon is very nice. We really like Mon Ami Gabi at Paris. The food and service is good and you can watch the fountains while you eat. I would NOT go to Olives. The food and service have been dissapointing. They have great flatbreads but they are over priced and the rest of the food was not very good.
