I think you already know the answer to that question. I will answer it just the same though!
It is not only wrong, it is just plain nasty!
You are suppose to be the brides best friend, at least she thinks so! If you have already done the deed, you need to confess to the bride before she makes a terrible mistake, if not, do not do it.
Please make the right choices for everyone involved!
Good luck and GOD bless.

If your question is sincere, there is hope for you because you are asking the question. Seeking counsel is good. We seek counsel because we are aware that our knowledge, emothions, and actions are not all working together. (When they are all working together, it is called intregrity.) Now the answer. Yes, it is wrong to make-out with the groom if you are not the bride.
You can find help by getting a good counselor.

Absolutely not! In fact it is your duty to be his Bachelor party and give up the goodies so you know the bride won't get an STD from some rent-a-chick! If you sleep with after he is married it is just to confirm that he was as good/bad in bed as you thought the night you drank all the tequila with him and woke up with jelly on your rectum with sticky lips.

If you feel you need to ask this question. Then I feel sorry for the bride. When she asked you to stand up there with her, it was a sign of respect. She was honoring you.
And this is how you return that respect?
What a nice friend you are....
