You're talking about inner strength. You can definitely develop inner strength throughout life, if you face up to the hard challenges of life. Choose to have courage, to persist, to be patient, to be honest, to be loyal, to be compassionate...all the hard things. The more you do what is right and effective, the more these exemplary acts will become your behavior patterns. If you back away from challenges and take the easy way out, the opposite will happen.

By being true to who I am and who I want to be. The way I do this is by helping others to become better people.
