Take them off. ;-)
I like nice shoes and I can stand a bit of pain if I know that they will become more comfortable later. Still, I never buy shoes which are too small, just because they are too pretty. It is not good for feet.

If you mean tight in spots only,you can take a cotton ball and put some alcohol on it, then go on the underside of where the shoe is tight dab on the alcohol and wear the shoe til it dries.This will allow a little bit of a stretch.It works I have done it several times.ON THE UNDER SIDE ONLY.If the shoe remains too tight, you should be careful if you continue to wear it, your feet can be damaged in the long run...

I take them to a shoe shop to have them stretched if I really, really like the shoes otherwise I give them away.

I throw them out or donate them to charity. You will get a bunion...I learned the hard way. Now I buy shoes that fit properly. Most people don't realize their size is bigger than they think. Get measured at a good shoe store, and stick to your size.
