i am due to start my period on sunday, for the past week i have been feeling sick and tired. i now have period pains, do you think that im going to start, or may i be pregnant?

Maybe...I would take a test just to be sure, or wait until you are late.
If you want to be PG the more you want it the more you trick your body into having PG signs. So I would just give it a few days!

you could be pregnant because some women experience pain when the egg inplants itself into the lining of the womb. If you are feeling sick and tired that is usually a good indication of pregnancy. If you are not due for your period until sunday wait until three days after about wednesday possibly thursday take a test and see what happens. If you take a test before this you may get a false negative because there is not enough of the pregnancy hormone in your urine. Make sure you take the test in the morning also because that is when the hormone is at it strongest. If your really not sure go and see a gynea at you local family planning clinic or your gp either one will put your mind at ease. I hope you get the result you want we have been trying for about four months and still not pregnant yet.

I had period pains and slight spotting for the first three months of all my three pregnancies. If you feel sick and tired and if this is not a usual symptom you experience I would think you are probably pregnant. Congratulations

Pregnancy signs and Period signs are almost the same, the only way to find out is to do a test

why not do a test. you can get them to find out days before your period is due.

could be period cramps but you never know, take a early pregnancy test to find out
