So in late Feb. I'm going with my girlfriend for her 21st bday to vegas...of course we're going clubbing. However, the group is pretty different in ages (her friends, her mom, and her mom's friends). Night club with dancing on the strip is definitely in as everyone likes dancing. However we got 2-4 people in the 21-25 year old range, and then another 4 people in the 35-40 year old range. I mean I was debating places like Light, Tangerine, Pure, etc. but i'm worried it'll be only cosisting of people in there 20s and half the party may not enjoy it there, or may be given bad vibes etc. is this the case, any suggestions? those VIP ticket booklets worth it or a scam?

I bet everyone would like Pure. On the nights when it is not full of celebs, it is very accessible. In fact, if you are walking around in the forum shops, you are likely to get a V.I.P card handed to you as you walk into the casino, as long as you are dressed well.

Never seen teh VIP ticket booklets but like i said, if you are there at the right time you'll have them handed to you.

You'll want to stay away from most things at Hard Rock if you are worried about old fogey's not being happy. All the other clubs, on off nights (im talking monday-thursday) are pretty accessible and fun for anyone looking for a good time.

From my experiences, places like Pure and Tangerine are definitly a younger crowd. However, recently we went to Tao on a saturday and the crowd seemed to range from 25-35. Another place that might fit your age groups is a lounge called Tryst at The Wynn. Light is also a bit of an older crowd, but again, i think the crowd age depends on the night of the week.
