System Restore?

I have System Restore installed on my Comp and have been told to make a disc of the same.In event of a complete system failure. I have Windows XP . The instructions were there in front of me but now I cant find them. Any help please

dont worry unless you really try to destroy your system there's no point of system restore

Start > Help and Support > System Restore or contact Microsoft and request the information
