Should have gotten 20 years and he should not be entitled to any special priviages and be put in a common block with rapist, murders, thieves, and armed robbers. This would serve him justice and then do the same for the ones who are about to follow in his foot steps.

What I think is amusing is neo-libs are all excited that Bob Ney was found guilty but he did the exact same thing Clinton did, lie under oath. If it is justifiable to sentence Ney to prison for lying why isn't it acceptable to impeach Clinton for the same offence? Lying is lying.

And as far as Abramoff's Indian donations go, there were dozens of people from both parties who took them, including Hillary Clinton. So your partisan take on this is disingenuous, corruption is a problem in government and practiced equally by both parties. When Bill Clinton took hundreds of thousands in "donations" from Johnny Chung the result was a weakening of the country's national security, not just approval for a new casino.
