I made a man beg, then gave him exactly what he begged for as a reward.

A act of kindness should not be random. Acts of kindness should be planned; if you don't act kind and honest you should force yourself. Soon the act of forcing yourself to be kind and honest will become a learned behavior. That learned behavior will grow into a habit, and later maybe that habit will become a lifestyle. If that happens we have one less selfish person to contend with. Believe it or not you'll be proud of what you do and be able to stomach yourself in the mirror each morning.

I'm a mother of teenagers. I do random acts of kindness every day.
Oh, and yesterday I sent a box of books to my mother who just lost her husband before Christmas.
Because of your question, I'm going to make it a point to do an EXTRA random act of kindness today. I think I'll make dinner for a man in my neighborhood who is caring for his wife with Alzheimer's. Thanks for the call to serve.

When I had a boyfriend of sorts...who wasn't really a boyfriend, but was basically thinking about it at the time...he used to leave me little gifts and open doors for me and stuff...and I reciprocated the favor, for him and for others.

we have a grocery store chain called Aldi's
you have to insert a quater in the cart (in some contramption)and when your done with the cart, when you return it, you get the quarter back.
i know it is a small gesture but i always leave the cart unattached with the quarter in it.
i hope who uses the cart next leaves it and so on.

i don't smoke but i while buying a lotto ticket I also picked up a pack of cigarettes. I work downtown so there are a lot of homeless people here, a lot of whom smoke. So the first one I saw I gave him the cigarettes and the lotto ticket instead of just spare change - he was pretty surprised and gratefull.
I wonder if he won anything......
