No as the US constitution does not allow the President to rule by decree. And if you knew anything abou the US constitution, you would know just how difficult it would to change it to allow rule by decree.

Nothing. Bush was given power to rule by decree by the congress and Venezuela or China didn't do anything about it. It's none of our business.

I 'm sure that, by the time it gets closer to the election, endorsements for Hillary and barrack will be rolling in from Venesuela and Bolivia. Maybe soon-to-be Dictator for Life Hugo "the Pig" Chavez will name Danny Glover as his new Ambassador to the United States.

I don't feel sorry for Venezuela. They voted for a Communist dictator who will lead that country to economic ruin.
