No,it won't crack,the shape of egg prevents it from cracking.
But that doesn't mean one cannot crush egg like that,if the pressure is increased up to yield point,egg may be crushed while holding vertically.

First it should be cleared whether the pressed egg is a raw one or a boiled one. The raw one cracks, the boiled one spins.
