Polls aren't completely accurate. I'd say the number really is around 30% (which is still bad though).
Most of those who answer the polls don't know much about politics either. Most Americans still do not know who Nanci Pelosi is and she is 3rd in line for the Presidency.
Of those who actively participate in political discussions, I'd say around 40% support Bush these days. That is why you get more in here than you would in public.

The polls read that the war in Iraq is unpopular, but that does not mean that Bush is unpopular on all issues and that people that voted for him become leftist democrats all of a sudden.
Those of us who don´t agree with the radical left of the democratic party (those who run the party) may or may not agree with the war or it´s handling ,but that does not mean that we agree with the liberal left wing policies and ideologies of the current democratic leadership.I´m one that firmly believe that the last election would have been won by the democrats if the had chosen a centrist candidate...the only problem is that the candidates have to pass through the hard core left wing of that party to be its candidate.

Rush Limbaugh's aim industry quantities to approximately 13.5 million final time I checked. Out of this quantity there are non supporters who pay attention. using fact the country is built from greater advantageous than 3 hundred million. i might project to declare that the regular public of human beings interior the country have no theory what Rush Limbaugh stands for, or maybe what he says on his on an standard basis radio coach. hence in the event that they do have an opinion on him that's probable in keeping with third hand information and relative to no remember if their third social gathering source is a supporter or detractor.

Yeah, that must be it...even though there are plenty of those who DON'T support President Bush on here as well.
Besides, all of us are on different time zones. For me, it's five o'clock in the evening, almost 5:30. Most of those I speak to on a regular basis don't come on until about midnight my time.
There are VERY few conservatives on this time of day. Most are liberal. Look at the questions, and the answers.

All of those results are based on polls, which could be biased. If you ask that question in a blue state, of course you're going to get low numbers. Go to Texas and run that poll, see what the results are.

..Have no idea..I do not generally associate too much with Republicans or any one that supports Bush because they are generally ignorant morons who cannot seem to grasp the horrible issues going on today regarding this joke of a president.Either they cannot grasp or are not willing to admit to themselves that they made a huge mistake in the first place...

Maybe it's just that the polls are wrong. You know, that whole "Dewey Defeats Truman' thing.
