i feel bad during both haha. ussually a day or tow before i start i get really bad cramps and headaches and moody stuff but it last like 2 days into my period as well. lol. it sucks :[ well hope this helped your qeustion! :]

I always feel the worse the 1st and 2nd day of my mentrual cycle. Horrible cramps, bloating, worse cravings, and in so much pain I stay in bed. Heating pads, Thermo care heat pads work awesome when you need to go out and about and Tylenol Mentrual...all become my best friends, lol.
All females are different so obviously answers will vary.

I don't get PMS at all. I feel nothing till it starts then I feel like I'm going to die. I have painful menstruation because of a retroflexed uterus...My uterus contracts so violently that it hurts to move sometimes. I don't sleep at night during the first 2 days.

Both.
I feel bad PMS two weeks before right up until my period ends (total of three weeks).
I started being perimenopausal in April 2006 and that is part of it.

I think everybody is different but I usually feel bad before and during.

everyone is not the same but when mine is comin I feelin bad and maybe on the frist day it come I feel bad other than that i feel like i dont ever have it at all

i dont really feel bad at all.. my breast get real tender like 2 days b4 but once my period starts, then they stop hurtin... usually i just take ibuprofen 2 days b4 i get my period.. so i have no pain at all...
