How I get my Outlook to automatic foward my e mails to another adress??

I need that all my e-mail sended to my outlook adress get fowarded to another e mail

Tools > Rules and Alerts..... set it up that when mail arrives, send it to the other email address.

This can also be done directly in Active Directory is you do not want the mail to accumulate.
