Go to the "temporary internet files" folder. It contains a list of all files accessed while on the internert as well as the web pages where they were accessed.
"C:\Documents and Settings\***USER NAME***\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"
This directory can just as easily be emptied as the "history", however, it is often neglected.
You must have the Windows Explorer options set to :
"show hidden files & folders"
& it is best to choose "details" under the view settings.

You really can't. You can check the cookies, and see what some of them are. Theres not really another way to find this out.

Well if you have washed your sites then "No way, Jose." Like deleting your IMs, and no way to recover deleted IMs.
