yes it does. He changed it once so he could run in 2006, he will change them again and never have to run again.
Oil is down to $50 a barrel. projections show that his spending orgy from $65 a barrel oil last year will bankrupt the country at $43 a barrel. Drastic cuts will cause social unrest. that is why he bought so much military hardware last year - to repress the coming unrest

They keep giving him more power everyday.. The problem is how is he going to take his power to other Latin American Countries. He will not be satisfied just having power over Venezuela.

Hopefully, he would not become the new Venezuelan-Fidel Castro!! Who knows, now he is changing our constitution again and a bunch of other laws to his favor.There is no division of the powers that's a clear sign of a DICTATORSHIP!

He can be "president" for as long as he wants to. He just changed the laws to let him be the "president" until he dies.
