What accidents have you had?

Well when I was little..like four or five...there was this gumball machine, except it was rings. Anyways I put the quarter in and turned the little knob...it wouldn't come down. I got mad and stuck my hand up the opening to try and find it..Well my finger got stuck in the machine. It was in an Ingles, they called the ambulance, and they had to take the whole machine apart, it hurt really bad! We went to the hospital to see if it was broken in the ambulance, and then I got to ride back to the Ingles in a police car, I thought it was cool. Then the Ingles people gave me and ice cream cone and as many rings as I wanted. What a day! ANd it started with just a trip to the grocery store!

1) I broke my arm by falling off my swing when I was pretending to be on a diving board at a swimming pool in the back garden at the age of 7.

2) I accidentally did backward roll down four stairs at home and bashed my head on the way down. I don't know how I managed to do it.

3. Bashed my head off a door frame and ended up with a bad headache for two days!!!

4..Slipped on some leaves in the playground and badly bruised my elbow.

5. Did a backward roll in gymnastics and cricked my neck so badly I had to go to A&E.

6. I tried to ride up the kerb at high speed on my bike and mistimed. I fell of the bike, and did something bad, well really painfull (which has never been explained) to the muscle in my shoulder. It's an have a weakness in the shoulder area til this day. Times when it has happened again include:
a)When I jumped into a 14 ft deep swimming pool and stretched my arm too far.
b) When I slipped downstairs one evening.
c) When I slipped downstairs (again) four years ago, in the dark, wearing no slippers.

7) My best friend landed on my back during a mistimed leapfrog in gymnastics at school. I ended up in physio!

Thus concluding a brief 22 year history of accidents suffered by moi! I'm still alive JUST!

I had an accident on my way to work when i was fifteen i flipped my car in a three foot ditch filled with water i had six inches to get out of the car i was very skinny back then and i had an accident driving home from a party because i was drunk and high and fell asleep luckily i hurt myself and no one else

Fell head first down stairs, whilst drunk.
Broke two ribs and tore bicep in two places playing indoor soccer, whilst drunk.
Split my head open and got concussion when I dived into a metal fence, whilst drunk.
Walked into the mens toilets in a night club, slipped on the urine-saoked floor and hit the ground with my head, whilst drunk.
Punched a lamp post and broke my hand in three places, whilst drunk (not really an accident).

I used to party a lot.

The only accident I ever had was once when I was going to work at Build-a-Bear Workshop. (Of course I was wearing my BABW uniform.) I was in the parking lot at the mall when a lady ran a stop sign and I T-boned her. My airbag deployed and I sustained a few minor injuries. Onlookers got me out of my car and laid me on the ground until the ambulance arrived. A sweet little girl who was a passenger in the car I hit got out of the car and ran over to me, looked down and cried "Mom, you've killed a Bear Builder!"

I'm such a klutz...I run into everything. But one time at work, I was bent under this table (which is made of steel) to get a bag of coffee beans, and I straightened up and slammed my head into the top of the table. I then fell backward and lay on the floor behind the counter for about 10 minutes before the pain would stop enough for me to move. Oh well!

i have never had to go to the hospital (knock on wood!!!) for being hurt.
but the worst one i can think of is when i was younger, and i was sitting at the kitchen table. i had this habit of leaning on the edge of the seat of the chair, which would make the two back legs go up in the air, i don't know why, i guess it was comfortable or something... anyways there i was sitting like a fool, eating dinner with the family, and suddenly the front legs of the chair (the only two legs on the ground) slipped out behind me somehow, and i went *smack*, down to the table and ground with my chin!!! i think i bit my tounge and i had a swollen, bruised up chin... ow!

Foot ran over by a forklift. Fractured in 3 places. 3 months off work.

Dislocated my right knee back in September 2003 whilst out shopping - worst experience of my life! It was REALLY REALLY painful. Had to wear a splint for a few days, and also had a couple of months worth of physio.

I once ran my foot over with a forklift. The forklift had an entire pallet of beer on it--ouch.

Managed to escape with only a broken toe, though!
