what is the best cellphone app - not a game or a feature?

by feature i mean camera,mp3 player and such . an application you can download.

My Nextel cellphone (Motorola i730) has NavTrack, which turns the cellphone into a GPS mapping device. It's pretty neat and works well. I believe it can be downloaded if you have a Nextel iDEN phone.

Definitely Acrobat Reader; it's so good for reading eBooks on your phone.
