They'll never collide, for two reasons.
First, technically their orbits don't overlap. They look like they do in a two-dimensional drawing, but in 3 dimensions they actually don't, because Pluto's orbit is highly inclined relative to Neptune's.
The other reason is that the orbits of Pluto and Neptune are in a 2:3 resonance - for every 2 times Pluto orbits the Sun, Neptune orbits 3 times. And whenever Pluto "crosses" Neptune's orbit, Neptune is nowhere near Pluto. And since they have this orbital resonance, that will always be the case.

No!!
Some years ago, astronomers at the Naval Observatory constructed a computer called the 'Digital Orrery' which calculated the positions of the outer planets every 40 days or so, for the next billion years.
Even though the orbits of Pluto and Neptune intersect, they are locked in a gravitational resonance condition which seems to prevent them coming closer than a few 100 million miles of one another. The above computer simulation of thousands of Pluto orbits is made relative to a frame or reference that orbits with Neptune. It shows that although Pluto's orbit is complex, it can never get very close to Neptune itself because of the detailed ways in which energy is transferred between the planets, gravitationally.

They overlap but PLuto's orbit is inclined way out of the plane or Neptune's orbit. They won't collide.

yes their orbits overlap, however, both pluto and neptune have orbits that take them around the sun once every 200-250 earth years. in the off chance that in that small window they are in the same area, (taking into account that pluto's orbit is on an angle where as neptune and the other planet's orbits are on the same plane in a 3d model), the force is not great enough, pluto would probably just go into orbit around neptune and become another one of its moons

Yes, they overlap, but Pluto's orbit is inclined outside of the plane of the solar system. They could collide but this is a small possibility of it happening.

no they cannot collide i dont have much knowledge about astronomy but i think if there will be any variation of speed while orbiting in their own orbits then their will be chances of collision other wise keeping constant speed and existing position their will be no chance of collision even their orbits are over laped.

Have you heard? It's in the stars.
Next July we collide with Mars.
(High Society. Darn it, you've really got me humming that song now!)
