The only original copy got sent to the wrong mail room, then when they finally found it the guy in the next cubicle spilled a soda on it, so they took it over to the Printing department to get new copies made, but there was a backlog in Printing because the Emperor wanted a newsletter he wrote to go out first, and they couldn't find the Emperor's assistant to authorize the spelling corrections they had to make, so it hasn't been printed yet.
But if you want to send a memo asking about it, go for it.
As for myself, its just a little less paperwork to worry about right now so it can stay lost for all I care.

I mean, I have to deal with all these "requests to relocate" from Earth from the flying saucer nuts, and then there are the "beam me up Scotty" memos from the Trekkies, and of course the monthly expenses review and supply requisitions for how many planets now, over 200?
I could use some help here, this tiny office is full to the rafters with old paperwork and forms.

Wait, maybe the merge paperwork is in this stack over here. Stand by while I look...

If it's sent by land it will reach you in 3 days...on the other hand if it is sent on a space ship via a martian courier you should be receiving it any minute.
